Delete your account

You can delete your Chalano account and personal data at any time, directly in the app:

• 1. Open the Chalano app and sign in.
• 2. Go to Settings → Delete account.
• 3. Confirm deletion. If you have a wallet balance, withdraw it first; active jobs must be completed or cancelled.

What gets deleted

Your profile (name, photo, phone, email), notification tokens, favorites, and personal content are deleted or anonymized. Financial records (payments, invoices, disputes) are retained in anonymized form for as long as tax and payment law requires.

Can't access the app?

Email us from your account's email address at support@chalano.com with the subject “Delete my account” and we'll process it within 30 days.
